Written Translation

One standard translation page consists of 1,500 characters including spaces.

Certified Translations

Certification by a certified court interpreter/translator is included in the translation price whenever certification is required for the respective document.

The final price is calculated based on the number of standard translation pages in the translated text. Upon request, clients may receive an estimated price before the work begins, based on the document provided.

For translations requiring urgent delivery, work outside regular business hours, work on weekends or public holidays, as well as particularly complex or terminology-intensive texts, the price is agreed individually.

Interpreting Services

The minimum billing unit is 1 hour.

Each commenced hour is charged as a full hour.

Waiting time during which the translator or certified court interpreter is required to remain present and available to the client is included in the total duration of the engagement.

Special rates may be agreed for multi-hour, multi-day or other extensive assignments.

For assignments outside the place of business, travel expenses and travel time may be charged additionally, depending on the location and duration of the assignment.

Notes

All prices are stated in euros. VAT is added to prices excluding VAT at the applicable rate.

The prices listed above are standard service rates. The final price may vary depending on the type and volume of documentation, language combination, subject matter and terminology complexity, delivery deadline and any other specific requirements of the client.

Submitting documents for a price estimate does not constitute an obligation to place an order. Translation work begins once the quotation has been accepted or the price and delivery deadline have otherwise been agreed.
